A Very Blessed Christmas

Today is Jesus’ 2010th birthday. Merry Christmas, everyone!

Today is also exactly the 6th month since my cancer surgery. Six months since I was wheeled into surgery.

I am realizing today that back on 25 June, God already saw me today, on 25 December, spending Christmas with my husband, children, in-laws. No cancer, no bleeding, no pain.

Just as He saw a Way to put things in this world right, and sent Jesus to be born and ultimately to die so that I — and all in this world — could be saved, healed, redeemed, empowered, victorious in every way.

And this is the greatest Christmas present I’ve ever and will ever have — this year, every year before and after this.
